With the Level 1 ID wristband, you can not only explore more optional areas in the Care Center but also head straight to the Garage. Go through the Level 1 door behind the Reception Area to enter the Supervisor’s Office — this is also a Safe Room where you can find the Wrench. Grab the necessary items first, then head into the Garage and pick up the Organ Transport Case. When the vehicle enemy appears in the Garage, don’t get too close — stay back and shoot the driver from a distance.

Examine the Organ Transport Case and solve the puzzle using the hint from the notebook to get the Artificial Lung. The Wrench you picked up earlier in the Supervisor’s Office will finally come in handy: use it to open the previously locked freezer door. Go up the stairs across from the Supervisor’s Office, walk through the office, and you’ll reach the upper level of the freezer, where you can find the Artificial Heart.

Bring the Artificial Lung and Artificial Heart back to the Examination Room and implant them into the body without organs. The body will briefly come back to life — you don’t need to fight it. Wait until it staggers around and falls to the ground, then you can loot the Level 2 ID Wristband.
