《Resident Evil 9: Requiem》Grace Chapter: Memory Process

(Remember: 8 years ago) Follow Grace's mother until the plot is triggered.

(Back to the present) Leave the room, run to the door on the right at the end of the corridor, descend the stairs back to the lobby. There's still a hotel brochure on the floor.

Pushing aside the clothing cart, you'll find Grace's mother Alisa hiding behind it. Inspect the contents of the investigation bag: you'll obtain a notebook (which turns out to be Alisa's diary) and a CD.

After witnessing the police officer's actions, escape from the trap and retrieve the emergency exit key.

Once free from control, immediately rush upstairs, use the key to open the door marked 'EXIT' in red on the right, and then trigger the storyline.
