Return to the main building of the asylum. This is your last chance to explore this area. First, place Emily on the sofa in the guardhouse, then complete any remaining exploration and collect leftover supplies to avoid missing anything.

After finishing exploration, proceed to the door that requires three stone quartz to open. Passing through this door leads to the courtyard. At the helicopter pad in the courtyard, you will meet Harry, who will take care of Emily and let you enter the asylum courtyard’s visitor building, where the story becomes more complex.

Upon entering the visitor building, the atmosphere grows eerie. Head to the large office at the back of the building. There are many interactive items to examine, but your core goal is the wine bottle on the left-hand side of the door. Rotate the wine bottle to retrieve a Double Helix Model from inside.

Next, examine the central pedestal in the room. The base will open to reveal a notched double helix model. Insert the model you just obtained. The entire room will transform into an elevator, slowly descending to the secret laboratory beneath the asylum courtyard.

The reception area of the lab has a typewriter and an item box, which can serve as a new safe room. It is recommended to organize supplies and save here to prepare for upcoming exploration.

From the reception area, go through the Collection and Testing room to the private lab. On the desk in the private lab, you will find the Helicopter Key. You can also use the computer in the room to unlock the adjacent room, which contains extra supplies. Remember to collect them.
