《Resident Evil 9: Requiem》 BSAA Camp, Logistics Warehouse & Distributor Location

Our first task is to search the BSAA camp located a short distance to the left of the exploded gate. Fortunately, the generator at the camp already has fuel in it. Once Leon turns on the lights, this area becomes a safe house. You can save your game here, and you'll also find the Tactical Tracker — with it, you can exchange points earned from defeating zombies for weapon upgrades and new gear in your item box.

Now it's time to find the detonator parts. The first step is to enter the logistics warehouse through the garage door next to the BSAA camp. There are several zombies in the warehouse. You'll need to shoot the overhead crane hook to lower a platform before you can move normally inside.

Your goal is to build a path using the warehouse shelves and escape the warehouse toward the broken wall. Climb up the shelves to the door on the upper floor, and you'll find the Pine Creek Apartments key inside.

There's a generator on the roof, but you'll need to find fuel to start it. Continue forward, and you'll find the Distributor in a yellow crate on the roof.

After obtaining the Distributor, Leon will use his binoculars to pinpoint the locations of more detonator parts that need to be searched. You can take the nearby elevator down to return to the BSAA camp. Once you're prepared, you can head to Pine Creek Apartments.
