《Resident Evil 9: Requiem》Isolation Ward Walkthrough: Obtaining Star Quartz

With the Level 2 ID wristband equipped, you can now enter the Isolation Ward near the East Exam Room. Head through the Isolation Ward to reach the Security Supervisor's Office, where the puzzle box is located. On the desk, you'll find a notebook with the puzzle solution, as well as a mention of the Level 3 ID wristband. However, the puzzle box is covered in braille that Rose cannot read on her own. You'll need to return to the cell in the Guard Room to ask the blind girl, Emily, for help deciphering it.

Emily is skilled at reading braille. Rose must carry her around, and she can only be placed on the sofa in the Guard Room.

It's recommended to clear out all enemies along the way before taking Emily with you to avoid trouble. After returning to the Security Supervisor's Office, Rose must fend off waves of enemies while protecting Emily as she solves the puzzle.

After completing this sequence, take Emily back to her cell. You'll then be able to switch to Leon for further exploration. Leon can open the twisted wardrobes that Rose cannot access. Before proceeding with the main story, it's advised to search these areas thoroughly to avoid missing any items.
