《Resident Evil 9: Requiem》 Examination Room Safe Code

The second safe you can find is located in the Examination Room. This one is very easy to locate, almost within arm's reach.

Examination Room Safe Code: Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50

How to use the code: First, turn right (counter-clockwise) to 30, then turn left (clockwise) to 10, and finally turn right to 50. Opening this safe will also reward you with 3 Ancient Coins that can be used in the shop. Collecting all coins from the first two safes is enough to unlock 1-2 attribute upgrades for Grace, making subsequent exploration much easier. Again, this code is for standard difficulty; the code may differ on Madhouse difficulty.
